My services are generally adjusted to the customer. If you are wishing to put up a site for personal use and then update it yourself,
if you are wishing a personal site that I maintain, all this is possible.
As well, if you're a company thats wants to have an online presence and updates that is possible. I really leave this up to you.
Pricing
Pricing is a discussed item. We will negotiate this price and it is different for each and every customer. I don't run on a standard rate. If it's not win-win for us both, I won't do it. I believe in partnerships, high communication and above all collaboration. Some items that fluctuate the rates are:
- Non-Profit 501c
- Size of Company
- Family Site
- How intense the coding will be
- Availability of graphics for the site
- How creative you wish me to be
- Many more things...
Usually the amount of pages will give you a realistic view of pricing. This can be thought of in the menu. 5 pages is normal. However links to others not listed in the menu can become overwhelming and hard on the users. I have heard that 5 pages for a Corporations Web Site will run from 3000 - 5000 dependant on the amount of code and how intense (such as a Shopping Cart.) I, in no way, charge that amount. Since I freelance I am not worried about profit margins as much and benefits to pay employee's. It's just me!

You'll find my rates much less than normal programmers. As I have said, I do this as a working hobby.
I do ask one thing and that is to place my logo at the bottom of the page for advertisement.
